A Bid Day Gift is a special surprise celebrating your student’s new sisterhood! After bids have been accepted, we receive the official new member lists and match each preorder with the correct sorority.

Packages are then delivered directly to the sorority houses on the dates and at the times approved by Ole Miss, Mississippi State and each sorority chapter. Because university guidelines do not permit vendor deliveries on Bid Day, packages will be delivered after Bid Day according to the official schedule.

Good Luck Gifts are delivered separately from Bid Day Packages. Please refer to the individual product listing for available delivery or pickup details.

Due to the high volume of Bid Day orders, certain products may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute the item with another sorority-approved product of equal or greater value. We will always do our best to preserve the overall style and value of the package you selected.

Bid Day Gifts will be delivered to the sorority houses according to the schedules established by Ole Miss, Mississippi State, their Panhellenic associations and the individual sorority chapters.

Each chapter will have a designated delivery date and time. We will follow all campus guidelines to ensure packages arrive during the approved delivery window.

Current delivery times are: on Bid Day for Ole' Miss and the day after Bid Day for MSU.

After students receive and accept their bids, we will receive the official new member lists. Sorority placements are confidential and will not be available to us before the lists are released.

We will use these lists to match your order with the correct sorority. If we cannot find your student’s name, we will contact you to confirm the information before taking the next step.

Sorority houses receive a large number of gifts during scheduled deliveries, and packages can occasionally be placed in another area or mixed in with other deliveries. Please have your student check with the chapter’s gift coordinator and look through all designated package areas.

Once a package has been delivered and accepted by the sorority house, we are unable to return to the house to locate it. For the smoothest fulfillment experience, we recommend choosing one of our predesigned Bid Day Packages.

If your student’s name does not appear on the official new member list, we will contact you to confirm. You may choose to send her a non-Greek “happy” instead or request a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your student decides not to accept her bid. Unless we hear from you before packages are prepared for delivery, her gift will still be delivered to the sorority shown on the official list because we are not notified when a bid is declined.
